Konflikti Perëndim-Lindje, Krimea dhe rreziku i një Lufte të Tretë Botërore! Pjesa I
Just a few days before the presidential election in America, another event, of no less importance concerning the expected and unexpected movements in the New World Order, took place in Beijing. The China Communist Party (CCP) held for four days in row its fifth planarian session last week. The plenum of CCP is the most important political meeting in China, while China itself is the only World Power that drafts and approves five-year political-economic development strategies. But, why does this political meeting in China demonstrate such importance for the world? The answer lays in the decisions taken in this plenary session. Its outcome is an official threat for the whole world that the Chinese tendency to reorder the World Power Matrix and position China as a dominant actor in the New World Order has taken a new direction. China plans to dominate the World by all means..
Under such circumstances, China’s involvement in various forms and through various means in America’s presidential election doesn’t make Biden more immune to his obligations for defending both the America’s power and interests in the World and the world democracy. Trump, on the other hand, has publicly stated that if Americans grant him a second term in the White House, he will make his do or die goal to put America on its pedestal as a World Power, a position that benefits us Westerners too, given the recent developments in China and its preparations for a fiercely conflict with USA, a conflict which probably sooner than latter will capture into its storm, directly or indirectly, even Europe (both EU and non-EU states).
Differently from former plenums, this one was concluded with important strategic decisions about the future reliance of the Chinese economic development mainly on one hand in domestic market (closed circular self-sufficient economy) and only partially (on the needed doses) on the foreign markets and on the other hand in aggressive technological development, especially wild advancement in Huawei 5G technology. These actions, which according to the Chinese Leadership are supposed to vest upon China a distinguished supremacy compared to that of the USA, might very well sign the beginning of the end of China, an end that is aided also by the quadruple split that China is experiencing…..
Why so..? – For a better understanding we are recalling the Chinese history.
Today’s Modern China’s layout is composed from two very different parts, both in terms of geography and development standing: the “Western part” which lies in the highest mountain ranges- the Himalayas with the Kunlun and Tian Shan that go as high as over 8 km above sea level, and the “Eastern part” located in the lowlands and possessing a climate and relief much more favourable than that of the West. The eastern part of China is also the CENTRE of its Civilization.
The birth of a China as a State of world importance in trade, art and philosophy dates back on time with the establishment of the Shang state (YIN STATE). It was the Yin Dynasty that, through establishment of sacred and non-political spiritual goals, laid the foundations for the development of agriculture, artisan and martial arts, and created the division of classes in China (YIN state). It is precisely due to the development of agriculture and other economic sectors as well as the development of art which brought about the first trade exchanges.
While Chinese philosophy is based, since its birth to today, on two great philosophers- Lao Tzu and Confucius – whose philosophy represents the moral side of life in China and the roots of the Chinese spirit, a spirit that differs to great extends from the Japanese one and much more from the European one.
Even the Chinese religion is very different from the western religion. Their religion is built upon three philosophies – Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism, philosophies that are influential not only in the religious and spiritual life of China but also in its political and economic direction.
Though, it is worth mentioning that the West never supported the development of China, whose territory it saw as a market of its own. Consequently, China in the nineteenth century in order to protect its trade interests would be entering two wars with the West. It is said that booth wars happened for protecting the trade interests of China, but in reality, both wars’ reason was the opium smuggling. In the years 1839-1842 China would fight against England, a war which lasted until the signing of the NANKING treaty, and brought about the opening of Chinese ports to British merchant ships as well as the annexation of Hong Kong by the latter. But China’s clash with the West intensified again around 1856, with the difference that in this case the war was not with one but with two Western Powers of the time – Britain and France, a war which ended four years later with the signing of the Peace Treaty in Beijing.
In 1894 China will go to war with Japan for control over Korea and Manchuria, a war that ended with Korea winning its Independence in 1895. Hence, China, a country with few allies (occasionally only Russia), would be embroiled in heated conflicts both with the West and with the Asian neighbouring countries (Britain and France on one side and Japan on the other). All the three China’s adversaries would be able to exercise control over its strategic territories.
In 1897 Germany would install its naval base at Jiaozhou and Shandong and begin construction of two railways, connecting the entire region. According to our opinion, the roots of Modern China are to be found right here, roots that would spur a China which today declares loudly with unbelievable proudness that it is going to be a World Superpower, and seeks by all means (force is not excluded) the return of Taiwan and the kicking out of USA from the Sea of China in particular, and possibly kicking them out from all the Asian territories.
Therefore, this plenum of the CCP a few days before the presidential election in America is of particular importance, not because of the domestic importance of the event but because of the goals and action plans discussed and approved during the four days that it was held. The decisions taken on this plenum wear the Chinese politics, in relation to the World and democracy, with a completely different colour. China finally takes off its mask and comes out as an arrogant player in World Political Arena against the Western Powers and especially against America. Being an opponent in the arena of world powers is not something new, for the Western World Powers have the same interests towards China as the later towards the former, but what is new is the scale of the arrogance with which China is entering this battlefield. However, it is fair to say that, the Trade and Technology
War between China and America started with the Americans imposing tariffs on Chinese goods and banning the installation of the Chinese 5G network not only in America but also in pro-American countries.
These actions make President Trump a leader who was forced to use extraordinary means in order to enable USA to deal with a very hostile adversary, thanks to the soft foreign policies of Clinton and especially Obama. Therefore, Biden’s electoral promises that if he goes to the White House, he will re-establish America’s relations with the WHO and sign the Paris Climate Agreement are promises that not only do not come any close to the will and wants of the American people (a nation that is born, raised and taught with the ideal that USA is the most democratic and strong State in the world), but neither do they soften the aggressiveness of Chinese hostility towards the Americans.
The 5th plenary session of the CCP presented the plan of China’s economic and political development for the next five years, a plan built on three main pillars – support for the domestic closed circular economy, the development of technology and developing production capacity no longer based on price competitive advantage but on quality.
Neither the Americans nor the Russians and the Europeans do claim to stop the development of China, simply because it is almost impossible, but their aim (especially of the US) is to ensure their own economic prosperity, as well as their technological and intellectual influence in the world, in order to preserve the current landscape of the geo-political map. Therefore, if the Chinese are preparing for a fierce conflict based on self-sufficiency, this conflict is inevitable, making the picture of what the world will look like in a few decades obscure.
On the one hand, the Chinese political virus scenario of COVID-19 found Americans, Europeans and Russians in their usual sleep, as they did not believe in Chinese aggression against Russian lands and world markets. Consequently, the disruption of this sleep also increased the fear of insecurity in relation to time and possibilities insufficiency for a possible change of attitude.
On the other hand, the unfolding of the Chinese strategy of concentrating on technology development, a development which is made possible by the theft of any explicit European innovation, makes China hostile and violates patent and copyright innovations made by the West during the last 100 years, the knowledge and secrets which China has stolen is thanks to the provision of cheap work force and the transfer of production units of almost all the western technology giants to China.
China is hiding no more its tendencies for a cyber empowerment and transition to a new payment system (the use of virtual currencies), tendencies which make it a contender for world leadership, a demand for domination in the World that will face strong opposition and potential conflicts not only with the West but also with its neighbours such as Korea (both North and South) and Japan.
The threat is present, but we do not know how concrete, detailed and applicable is the strategy adopted in the plenum of the CCP for achieving strong economic development based on technological progress and development. Yet again, we can not estimate how much this development could help overcome the conflict with the Americans, as the Chinese claim. The only information we have is the fact that, China’s five-year plan to increase its control over the world is a mechanism used by the country’s authorities to feed the Chinese individual’s brain with the wrong food, that of a world domination which so far it has been controlled by powers with comparable impact.
Last but not least, China’s demand and tendencies to change the New World Order, starting with dominating and controlling the Chinese individual’s brain and trying to increase the Chinese’s brain utilization capacity by up to 40% (for truth’s sake up to date it has been achieved only by the Americans), make the individual Chinese citizen a servant of a fierce, full of unknowns conflict, a conflict which even to the rest of us will provide a picture of the world that we have not seen or known until today.
